Ok..i just spent 1hour looking for a place to host pics that would let me remote link.I used to use freeservers but they suck now...so lets try this.

Its probably not much of mod,but im happy about how it turned out.LED bulbs and clear lenses are next.

BEFORE

AFTER I cut away plastic fender and lights only cost $20

let me know what you guys think. I love modding vehicles.I've had a 69' Chevelle for 7years and did TONS of stuff to it including doing 12.6sec in 1/4mile not too bad. Im finding not too many things to do to a bike tho :(

ya i took those pics when i thought i was done.I mounted the plate under the brake light.I just made a square 1/8'' thick steel plate and bent it and drilled the holes. It worked just great.

Ya after I saw what you did, I decided to go check out what to do with that ugly piece hanging down.

I was thinking of cutting it straight across just underneith the excisting bracket that holds the license on. Was wondering opinions on how that may look. Good or bad.

So the license plate will be free hanging but about it will still be the black plastic.

Opinions needed.

here are some more pics and a close up.

As you see i cut str8 across.I thought about leaving the plastic that the plate mounted too,but it was too small and i liked the idea of a metal plate holding it better.Plus i just used a wood saw and cutting str8 across was faster :)

I dont think leaving the plastic there for the license wouldnt look bad.I just chose to cut it.

i though about it..but the kit is $90 and i only paid $20 for these lights. Plus i like how they look. I am going to go with the crystal clear lense with LED bulbs...just not the intergrated type.

$90!? Damn, the integrator only cost me about $16 at autozone. Its the same one you use to hook a trailor up to your truck. Has 4 wires coming in and 3 coming out. Works perfectly

nah, just a simple integrator that only lights up that half of the rear/brake light when the turn signal is activated. Cost effective and it looks good too. Once I get my digi-cam fixed I will put a post on it.
