I was searching online for information regarding the triple tree. The front end of my trike , in low gear, would shake bad.

In my search I came across Cool Trikes. I called and spoke with Randy; he talked with me for a while. I had another issue in the primary that we ended up discussing as well. Randy said that the triple tree needed to be tightened, he texted me the foot/lbs, I told him that we had changed out the tensioner in the primary, but it did not fix the issue. My trike clunked when you turned it off, made a noise while holding in clutch as you release going into 1st gear, and ultimately on my last trip acted like it wasn't going to go, just for a second or two. Randy said it was the compensator.

We replaced the compensator and tightened the triple tree to the foot/lbs he recommended. My trike doesn't shake anymore and doesn't make the noise from the primary, and starts and shuts off way more smoothly.

So, as I said, Randy is a nice guy.
