Hi guys,

Just joined the forums and this is my first post so thanks for having me.

I have a GSXR 750 K4 which was used by the previous owner as a track bike. Seeing as how I don't get down to the track as much as I'd like to anymore, I've decided to convert it back to a street bike and maybe sell it on (depends how much I enjoy riding it again). When I purchased it, it had race fairings and no headlight. I've had to source a headlight and a bracket from eBay (see photo) and the issue I'm having is not being able to mount the headlight assembly on anything. Does anybody have this bike or even a k5 that could shed some light on how to do this?

Thanks,

Chris

Yeah I've had a look on bike bandit and I don't seem to be missing and parts. It still isn't clear how the light assembly mounts onto the bracket though.

So it looks like the problem might be the fact that the front race fairing doesn't have the 4 mount points that the road one does. Can anyone help confirm this. Looks to me like the light assembly is mounted to the fairing which is then mounted to the bracket.
