Those ones look like junk,but the proper rear-sets like the Gilles ones actually put you in a more comfortable riding position,especially the taller guys.

im 6 feet tall and it would seem more comfortable to move the pegs a few back

It also moves the pegs UP.

Believe me, down and back 2" is another world from up and back 2".
