We are trying to install a remote start alarm system on a 2004 Hayabusa Show Bike, We have installed and working but one problem, it will only remote start with the key in, and it in on position. Its acting like something is activated by the key. Is there any thing in that ignition that can be bypassed to let it start without the key in, and in the on position. Any help would greatly be appreciated, its got us stumped.
Thanks

Don't know the bike electrics but I guess as well as getting power to the starter motor when remote is activated, you also need to break into the wiring coming from the ignition which goes live when the key is in....?

Thought about that but if it is working with the key in then the clutch still isn't being pulled in. Has to be a by-pass somewhere. I don't remember where I found a wire diagram before, gonna have to go looking for it again

Yes any more help would gladly be appreciated, We got the auto start to work, but it will only start by the auto start once, after that something in the computer security takes over, overrides it, and will not allow it to start again. You have to let it set for awhile, and let it reset, before it will allow you start it with the auto sart again, but works perfect with the key in and in the on position. There must be some kind of built in security on this thing thats messing us up.
