Both headlights on my 2000 GSXR600 just stopped working. Everything else (turnsigs, brake, tail light) is working fine. I didn't have a twelve volt power supply to test the lamps but they look ok, no broken filaments or anything. Besides, both light stopped working at the same time. I check wiring harness for loose wiring connectors and wire but I can't find anything obvious.

Can anyone Help?!! Am i missing something? Please Advise,

You didn't mention the obvious. Did you check the fuse?

Since you did, the most common cause of headlight failure is the switch contacts in the start button that cut off the light while starting.
