One quick question to start with. Will a GSXR750 K3 race race exhaust system bolt onto a GSXR600. Is the engine head the same size,

Which brand of race system do you want? If you look at places like www.denniskirk.com, it will show you what applications fit your year/make of bike. Or you could always call your dealer and he could tell you.

An exhaust slip-on will be easier to match up to the pipe than a full exhaust to a cylinder head that was not designed for it. It's not really a question of the pipe fitting the head, it's more of the minor bends and shape of the whole system. Just find one made for your bike. Like axel_2078 said, check part #'s or dealer. Most likely exhausts are made and tune for one size/type of bike.
