"There never was a city kid truer and bluer

Anyways I know SG1 as looking for some riding jeans a while back and I just saw these Icon Standard Jeans on Kneedragger.Com.

MSRP $70.00 - Straight-up regular riding jeans. Built for a woman. It doesnt sound that hard to make, so why has nobody done it? Well, taking the bull by the horns, the Icon staff put together a womens jean that is built for the street. Most importantly it fits correctly, no cropped waist teenybopper patterns here. This is a jean built for a woman not a girl. Secondly it has the same reinforced knees that are built into all our mens pants. Finally, triple needle stitching combined with quality 14 oz. denim, make for a durable but uniquely feminine pant. Try them on for yourself, we bet they'll become your favorite pair.

By the looks of them they are pretty close to my Anthems sans patches and knee flex area and hip protection aramid. Something to look out for at the local shop or by online. But just looking out for ya'll and the guys riding behind you also. :D

Thanks! Yeah, I was looking at those. I think I'm going to have to try and find a store that stocks them because I've heard a couple of girls say that they run REALLY small, so you have to end up getting two sizes bigger than you would normally wear...

I hate that!!

From my limited experience thats true for a good amount of motorcycle gear. I wear a 30 waist, 30 inseam pants. Any kind of pants, jeans, slacks, cargo pants, anything. i tried on the 30 waist MotoGP leathers and they were falling off. Im sure it swings both ways on sizing comparisons between normal clothes and saftey gear.

+1, there should be a standard sizing system for all apparel no matter what its for. I hate wearing 20 different sizes of clothing.

I know the Manager of Old Navy and she said they intentionally size there garments small so you feel good whereing their clothes. i.e I take a 34 waist, and I take a 32 in Old Navy jeans. I don't think I've had 32's on my a$$ since high school.
So our speedometers are made by Old Navy?

Well most of the ON jeans are standard cut and not the fuller relaxed or baggy jeans most are selling now. However I can fit into anyones 32"x34" pair of jeans. Some just cup ma'buns a little more then the others do.
