Watched most of it.

I would NOT use a screwdriver to lever any covers off. Also any hard to undo bolts like the clutch centre bolt are best undone with the motor in the frame and the chain left on.


Put the bike in gear and use a two by four timber between the wheel and swing arm ... but only if it has cast wheels. If it has laced ones get someone to stand on the rear brake pedal to lock the wheel up. Same for any other bolts like the crank alternator bolt.

I would have drained the oil using the drain bolt but I suppose the way he did it works too.
