I need your help with a 94 GSXR 1100

Hi, All

I have a 94 GSXR 1000, I have just replaced the selector forks and second gear. I need to know the torque setting for the cylinder head and also the valve clearance setting.
And does anybody have an online service manual for this model?}
This is really urgent please!!!
