After putzing around with the fender mod, I finally got to the grips. Fairly straight forward install. I had a very hard time briefly in removing the handlebar end-weights. Every time I attempted to loosen the screw, the weight would spin. The screws were so tight in fact, I ended up drilling them out. After that, the install was very easy. I am very pleased with the look and feel of these grips. I also opted for the throttle bosses (both sides); they are a comfortable rest for your palm. Anyway, here you go:

... and here's the bike with all the mods I purchased last week. It's coming together rather well in my opinion. I'm looking to do the footpegs next and maybe a light bar for the front. I also want to add an LED bar for the license plate, and find a attractive frame.

I have been off this forum for a couple of years after I sold my M in 2007. Took a job overseas. That done I'm back. Still interested in another bike. Now returning and close to another M I ran into your post. You were all over this forum back in the day. Many helpful suggestions, tips and ideas from those posts. I remember when you sold your M and moved on to something else. Glad to see your still a fan of the M. Just thought to post. Glad to see your still on the board. From this post I see you still have the touch! The bike looks great.
