I want to buy a bike. Decided to join a few different communities to understand what I need. And at the same time learn more about motorcycles

Hi Mike welcome. If you are experienced then no need to suggest models....but a light medium learner is the way to go if you are not. They generally keep their value because demand is fairly high....here in Au anyway and if you get a naked or semi naked then dropping it wont be such a problem as a fully faired machine.
