Hi all, I'm looking for a new to me bike, and was about set on an intruder but I read that the foot pegs on the intruders don't flip up. Is this true? I tend to lean a lot and wore the bolt and nut on my vlx at a 45 degree angle by scraping the ground. If the intruders pegs don't flip up I'll have to replace them with ones that do or find a different bike to ride, don't care to have a wreck by hitting unmoveable pegs on the ground.

No doubt a valid concern.
But in my experience, any pegs that do not "fold" are up high enough off the ground that should they "scrape" you are already WAY past being in danger.

Thank you Easy Rider, I don't doubt that you are right but I was just wondering about the intruder specifically, I guess I'll just have to go look at it and ease it over till the peg touches and get a feel if it is or is not enough lean for me.
