Hello I'm having issues with my 93 Suzuki Katana not running right when it rains or after I wash it I recently had it brought to a mechanic and he changed the plugs and checked the wires and could not find any reason why it would not run right when it is raining or after washing it please help.

You can't "see" a high voltage leak.....except when it's VERY dark and maybe damp.
Changing the plug wires and boots should solve your problem.
On rare occasions, it's the coil itself arcing over.

Also make sure there is no water getting onto the main fuse/relay board...also the handlebar switches...esp the kill switch. I wont say spray some WD40 in there...cause Ken'll get mad at me.

:lol4:

Actually WD is good for cleaning out open contact leaf switches like that........IF and only IF you clean IT out afterwards too.
If you leave it in there, it will turn sticky and attract more dirt and just make matters worse.
