Jet Kit Help

I will be purchasing a Vance & Hines Cruzer exhaust system, and a K&N filter for my 2003 Marauder 800 this month. I need to know if there is a difference in the Jet kits. Cobra has them all over the place for roughy $80. Will that kit be OK to use or is there a better one out there. I also noticed that Dynojet makes several different "stages" of kits as well.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I went with a Stage III kit in my 1500LC, but I have never re-jetted an 800... sorry man. :?

Lots of info on jetting the LC there. That's what I did, and man, what a difference in midrange to top end power.

Hard Krome 3" Big Straights exhaust
Stage III HC jet kit
Modded K&N su-1598 air filter
Dyna 3000 ignition module on curve 3, 6k redline
