Jet Kit Help

I will be purchasing a Vance & Hines Cruzer exhaust system, and a K&N filter for my 2003 Marauder 800 this month. I need to know if there is a difference in the Jet kits. Cobra has them all over the place for roughy $80. Will that kit be OK to use or is there a better one out there. I also noticed that Dynojet makes several different "stages" of kits as well.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
