I've seen it done before, but don't know how easy it is.

Katana, Bandit . . . those 600's run horsepower in the high 70's (low 80's at best). Also, they weigh upwards of 450 lbs.

I have to clutch my Bandit to get a wheelie (first gear only). It ain't pretty.

Suggestion: Forget the wheelies and learn to corner? :)

You may be able to power wheelie with a bounce in first gear, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Go about 25 mph or get your rpms around 7,000 and slip the clutch in, give it some juice and slip the clutch out again. It should jump forward. Now try it agian with more throttle after pulling the clutch in.

You want to release the clutch like you are pulling into fast moving traffic from a stand still. Not dumping and not feathering it.
