I was riding out on Sunday with the AIM, when i arrived home i managed to drop my bike on the start of my driveway, not very happy about it. I have got a piece of paint missing on the corner of the faring, it is green and i was hoping that i could get a touch-up paint just to hide the damage it is about 3mm. Does anyone know where i could purchase this item from? Kind regards, Rasher

A Kawasaki dealer ??
If you find one that does body work, they might put a dab of paint on it for you......for little or nothing.

Do you really mean 3 MILLIMETERS ?
I usually consider damage that small to be "character". :)

Know exactly what you mean...have some tiny paint damage on my front pickup bumper cover which is totally pissing me off. Have a touch up paint and will try and fix it. As for your damage I would go to a paint specialist who will know the exact colour mix and do a can of spray colour for around $34...I know this as I also damaged my MT09 wheel when taking it off to have a new tyre fitted. Took the bike to a specialist auto paint supplier and he knew what colour the wheel was without needing to see it.

One trick I did was to spray the paint into the can top then using a cotton wool bud to dab some up to fix up the damage.

What are you trying to say here ??

If it is "real" Kaw green, a dealer might have touchup bottles in stock.
OR if they do body work, they might dab a drop on for you.
OR they might send you to whoever does body work for them.

Or they might say: "Scratch.....what scratch?" (Sorry couldn't resist.)
