Lockable Saddlebags - any suggestions?

I know of the "Leatherlyke" brand, but they seem fairly expensive, especially if you add shipping to Australia. Does anyone have any other options I could try? I must admit, I like the idea of being able to bolt them to the mudguard. If they are the only ones of this type, can anyone help as to the cheapest place I can get them that will ship internationally? Oh, and I would be interested to see any pics that you may have of your bike and how the bags are mounted.
