hey everyone, I just signed up here and have my first bike finally, a 2004 suzuki gsx-r600 and I love that machine, love the quick throttle, looking for bikers in MA to ride with if any intrested. you guys should get together and do some riding and picture taking for us. Ever get over to the Bashbish falls area? (southwest of great barrington). we used to camp in taconic area of NY and go over to bashbish once every year to climb up the trail and swim in the COLD water. they outlawed the swimming in the mid-80's though. nice hills over there though.

Hey, you even got the name right!!! Most people call it BishBash falls for some reason.

It would be real cold now.... Probably still some ice around it. There's still a little snow in my yard (central MA) in the shady spots. But given we have had a couple of inches of rain in the last 36 hours I'll bet the falls are roaring!!!

The last couple of times I was there there was a state trooper making sure nobody was swimming. Not bad duty on a hot summer day....

ha...funny you mention that. i remember as a kid my dad calling it bishbash...then i saw a sign and said "dad, you are saying it backwards" so we started saying it right!

i used to love jumping off the cliff at the top into that big round hole of water. i was only about 8 then too.

Never been up that way, I rode up through the White Mounatins back when I had my 98 Superhawk just a few years back, all nicely paved roads and the views are awsome

Well I use to live in Beverly and spent about 13 years in Ipswich and worked in Davers for a while and I was still up there on the North Shore I'd love to ride with you but alast I'm in Orlando now.
