I have the HJC AC-11 and it says it's well ventilated but either my nose it too close to the visior or there is something wrong with me but I get fog. So yeah you do need to crack the visior one click to keep the air moving freely inside. I've even gone so far are boring out the vent holes to make them bigger to keep the air coming in faster.
Just keep opening up the visior at every stop light and you should be okay, besides the weather is starting to cool down some and loose the humidity which is the killer.
