...is the unasked one, right?

I've recently acquired a '97 Marauder (sans user manual) and I was wondering if the bike has a little compartment hidden on it somewhere for the pink slip. I've looked it over pretty thoroughly and I can't find anything like that but I see mention that most bikes seem to have something like that. Is it there and I'm just missing it?

Mine is an '03 and it has one located under the seat....don't know if your '97 has one or not. On mine, the key-lock is located behind the right rear footpeg.

OK you were right. Now my wife is telling me how dumb I am. I looked right at that keyhole and thought since it was way down there and on a frame-looking part of the bike it was unlock-this-to-take-the-tires-off lock or something like that. Yes I am a noob.
