I tried them once and found the pressure of the airflow to be quite uncomfortable. I haven't tried them since, but I think I will. As a carpenter I'm always concerned about hearing damage.

Thanks.

Ya' know what's mean? Telling the Boy Scout troop that the Federal Que

is an optical heat sensor . . . and then letting 'er rip when one of them's peering inside, trying to see the thermal image of the bic lighter your buddy's holding!!!

Have to admit I had never thought of hearing protection. I happened to have several different types of ear plugs in my desk (souvenirs from site visits for work over the past few years), so I tried it out when I had a 50+ mile ride to Montgomery last week. Gotta say it took a few miles to get used to. But after a while I didn't even notice them. Gotta admit they really helped. :)

Another plug for ear plugs here! They make a huge difference for me, out on the highway! I bought 100 pairs of the foam disposables on Ebay, and really like them.
