Last Saturday, June 29th, I rode 306 miles round trip to see Mt. Saint Helen. I rode I 5 to 12 East toward Yakima then Road 25 down through Cougar to Woodland and back home (Shelton) on I 5. The ride was beautiful. I ate lunch at Mt. Adams Cafe in Randle, there were bikes parked there so I thought it must be a good place to eat. While on 12 East I saw more bike than I could count heading west.

The rest of the ride was nice. I met a few bikers at vista points where we chatted and then went our separate ways.

I stopped numerous times to take pictures; I'll try to upload some here.

Thank you, Y2K for telling me about this beautiful peace of Washington.
