Ok well you may not think it epic, but it will be to me.

I am one of the 83% of college graduates who did not get a job offer this year. I have been able to save up some money, so I decided now is a great time to take a long bike trip. Who knows when I will have another opportunity....

I will be leaving June 13th and returning June 30th. My route is posted below. It is basically a loop from north Texas to California and back.

If anyone would like to join me on any of the legs, just let me know. I would enjoy some company since I am otherwise doing this by myself.

If you have any info about any of the legs, or just general long trip tips; let me know.

No I'll go ahead and give you the "epic" label on this. That's alot of riding & alot of sights to see.

I want to commend you on making lemonade out of the job market this is nothing but lemons. I wished I took 6 months of my life when I was 18-19 yrs old and hiked the Appalachian trail. I've always wanted to do that. Once you work full time, get married & have kids you don't get many opportunities for times like that. So go have fun and leave your worries behind. There not going anywhere!
