Hey, I recently started hearing a repetitive squeaking sound at low speeds in first gear. If I disengage the clutch it seems to go away, so I'm thinking it may be the chain. The chain does seem in need of alittle oil. Any ideas of other things to look at?

Does it make the squeek when parked and idling? If so, locate the area where you hear the squeek and get back to us.

I bet its the chain,give it a lube and all will be fine.

what side is it coming from?

If it is the chain then it probably has signs of that rich dark brown stuff showing up, rust! Sign of a tired chain.
