Need help with clutch and leak

i have a problem all of asudden first nice day and i have a problem. when i squeeze the clutch it makes a "squeaking" noise and also sticks sometimes... also underneath the carbs all "looks like little nipples" one of the "nipples" is leaking what seem to be gas "duh" why would it leak? it only leaks when running and leak is an understatement and whast up with the noise on the clutch??

ps i never told ya what kinda bike i got its a 1979 suzuki gs550l
