Hi all. looking for a little advice on a new bike purchase. I am looking to upgrade from my current ride (250cc) to something substantially larger. I am thinking along the lines of a sports tourer. My current favorite is the triumph sprint st here

I am not fussed with what brand name i am riding, but i do want something quality, that wont hurt if i ride it for over an hour.

If you like the Sprint then also look at the Honda VFR. Or even the V Strom (1000cc) or Wee Strom(650cc) if you want some dirt road abilty too.

The new improved Sprint gets rave reviews. The few Sprint owners I know are very happy with their bikes.

it was a couple of good reviews that made me notice it. The only real issue i can think of is that the pipes run right under the seat, and that could be slightly warm in the hotter parts of australia (where i am).
Might have to take one for a test ride, when they arrive in australia (over the next couple of weeks)
I also notice that staintune.com.au sell pipes for the old sprint (955i) so possibly they will for the new one also.
