How long have you been riding? Check how much of an insurance difference there is between the two bikes.
I personally would probably choose the 600, just because I've wanted one for quite awhile, but need to save a few more pennies first. I wouldn't want either as my only bike because I like comfort for longer trips as well. Maybe in a year or two I can add a GSXR600 to my stable.

Yet another unanswerable question. What does it matter what I'd choose? We're talking about you, right?

If you want an answer, take >>link>>this thread<<link<< as an example, and re-write the question.

NEW GSXR

Personally Id go with the GSXR600, I bought one last year (the 03) and I love it, I rode the 636 and just didnt like the feeling, and it was very uncomfortable, the GSXR is the most comfortable crotch rocket I have ever ridden. I dont really like the new style of the 04 GSXR though so I cant really say if it is as good, but if you were looking at an 03, I would choose the GSXR600 by far!!!!!! Good Luck man

Hi GSX R AT 14K

I was told that the 636 was not very comfortable my girlfriend already has a 2003 GSX R 600 which is great  I was just looking for something a bit different just thought it was a bit sad to have 2 GSX R in the garage hee hee hee so looks like i'm going to have to buy the GSXR 750 only 2kg heavier with loads more power.....

Nothing wrong with 2 GSXR in the garage man! The 750 does have more power, but as strong through the turns, I have ran with several 750's, it is just when you get a high speeds that the 750's power will come over the 600. But that is an excellent choice man, beautiful bike, what color are you looking at getting? What color does you GF have, I got the black/silver one just to be different, everyone in my area has the blue/white

Well she have the Blue/white.. i have been down to my local bike dealer he have all the colours for the 600's in i'm going to test ride the 04 he has in a few weeks then order my new bike when i get back from La Mans 24hr bike race..

Yellow hmm not to sure on that one..

Black well i've still got my Aprilia RS125 which is black.. plain in the butt to keep clean..

so it might just have to be Blue & White.. just wish they had kept the white rims...oh well
