Hey there! I'm new here so forgive me if I broke protocol.
Anyhow I've got a 93 GSX R750 and have recently ran into a problem. A buddy of mine was riding the bike a couple of weeks ago and it broke down.
I haven't a clue as to what he did to this thing, but the transmission seems to be stuck between gears. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Is this common? I'm looking to get the bike back on the road SOON! I love this bike and I dont what to have it down for too long.
Any help would be appreciated!

Greetings alphadenim. Welcome to the site. We have a couple of mechanics here who hopefully will have more insight than me, but i would start by trying to get a copy of your service manual. I see them on ebay cheap. I'd then start looking into the shifter. does it seem to have more play? does it click into place as usual? using the manual I'd trace it back to the back to the tranny checking for normal movement. If that seemed fine my next guess would be inside the tranny and that means a trip to the shop. Hopefully other members will have more answers.
