Hello Gixxxer, I'm pretty new here too.

Just picked up my C50 a few days ago. Have only gotten to put 35 miles on it so far. Weather has been terrible.

Pictures to come soon.

Welcome to the forum. :) That's a nice bike you've got there. Make sure you secure it well. We're starting to see too many "bike stolen" threads. It really burns me up to hear of someone's bike being stolen.

The bike forum that I visit here in Switzerland just celebrated the first bike recovery! One of our members reported that his R1 had been stolen. Others asked him to note any visible mods he had made (he had changed the mirrors). Within a day, the missing bike had been spotted by another forum member, and they called the owner and the police. Apparently three thieves had tried unsuccessfully to hotwire the bike and bypass the steering lock, and then parked the bike in a parking lot until they could pick it up with a truck and trailer. (These were not the smartest of thieves, as you can imagine). Neighbors reported three guys wrenching around on the bike, but they didn't look like they knew what they were doing ...

I don't know if they have arrested the idiots, but at least the owner has his bike back. The only damage was to the key cylinder - which can be replaced alot cheaper and faster than a whole new bike.
