Hello everyone,

I am a new member, i am 5ft 7inches, about 160 lbs. Already took MSF, and got license in first attempt. Used to ride bike (honda 125) about 16 years ago, now want to get back to riding. I like v storm 650 ( from pictures). Any opinion which bike would be good for me, to begin. I like sporty kind of bike but not real sport bike and like more upstraight seating position. I like to buy in may.

It's V-Strom. No rain involved.

That might be a good choice, and the Bandit 600 is also somewhat upright. Depends on whether you'll get off the pavement or not.

alot of people say gsxr is too fast for beginner...maybe right, but its only opinion. you only go as fast as you want....no matter what it is..... enjoy
