Hey guys.......about 3 hours ago I purchased a 2005 Gixxer 750 (yellow/black). This will be my 3rd bike and I'm very excited!! My last 2 bikes were Honda 600's and I am wondering what to expect from this bike. My last bike was the 2003 CBR 600RR. I thought it was fast as hell and I really enjoyed it, but unfortunatley it got stolen. I don't pick up my Gixxer till tomorrow so I was wondering how this bike handles and how the performance is compared to the CBR 600RR? Thanks for the input and I look forward to hanging around this forum!! I'll get a pic up asap! 8)

Sweet choice! I think you'll find it more flickable in the twisties, and it comes to life real fast when you ask it to. If you do it by mistake, you're screwed!

Welcome to the land of the perpetual smile. Great choice in bikes. I have been thinking about getting one of those for a second bike but just can't justify it through the wife yet. Enjoy

yeah welcome mate, im sure you will prefer the gixer over the CBR, more fun but there not as reliable as a good old honda
