Riding History? Wow where to start. Everyone Have a snickers? Lol
Really been on bikes since 81 as a youngster at 16 entered first ever Race on a 250r 3wheeler (took third, first time out). Owned severall more 3 wheelers a couple 250 cc Dirtbikes and Two Street Bikes. Fisrt was a V65 Magna then a few years later a CBR 600F2. Then back to dirt for a few years. Now wife and I would like to get a sport touring bike for our some nice summer rides together. I dont get much time off of work (shift rotation) to get a camper trailer so we would like to go this way. I started looking for a nice 2 rider up street bike and of course had to have plenty of power for two riders without the strain. So hands down for the buck a Suzuki Bandit 1200s looks like the way to go. I am looking used and from what Ive read it is the same bandit today that it was 4 years ago. Give or take a couple small changes.. I have my eye on one right now just waiting to see if the fellow takes my offer. Ok ya'll can wake up now my bike biography is over.lol

Bandits are easier to work on. More Hi-Po parts than just about any other motorcycle out there if you need 'em. Just don't buy an Oil Burner ('01/'02) - if you do, see if it has had the piston swap done.

My boyfriend has got a bandit 1200 and loves it!!

We used to ride two-up all day before I got my bike, and it was very comfortable, and still has a TON of power!

Welcome to the forum! :)
