As I continue to unpack my house, set stuff up, yadda, yadda, yadda, I found these. Got a bit misty eyed at the OLD DAZE:
With the "Baby V" c. Oct. 1988.
On "Suzi the Slut" c. Dec. 1989.
Me and Homie Chris Mills tearing down a 750 V-4 Interceptor in my shop during college c. spring 1990.
Just got my 750 Interceptor back together after a frame-up restoration July 1990. That was a lot of work.
At the Annual Bandimere Speedway motorcycle drags, Sept. 1990. I am in the near lane racing against another '83 Interceptor.
Berlin 1991.
There is a rare bike. c. summer 1992.
Getting ready to do battle at Carolina Dragway c. summer 1993.
A "blood bike" in the literal sense of the word. I was put in custody of this tricked-out Interceptor for a while after the former owner was killed over the machine. Sad story. c. winter 1994.
The "motor pile" c. winter 1994. This was when I worked at International Cycle in Columbia S.C. This pile was about six feet high, and 10-12 feet wide. I knew every motor in that pile. Digging to the bottom of it for parts was unsavory at best.
Getting ready to winterize and put the 750 into long-term storage c. Mar 1996.
Back to the unpacking.
