Hi I'm Bryan I have a 1988 Suzuki intruder vs750 it has a good battery and all fuses are good but when I turn the ignition switch on the instrument cluster doesn't light up and the head light dosent come on

But when I add power to the solenoid power wire everything lights up and i can start it but as soon as I take the power from the solenoid it dies

Any solutions

Usually......the "main fuse" is in it's own little socket that is bolted to the battery feed cable AT the connection to the solenoid.
Could be just a blown main fuse. Also could be a bad ignition switch or a broken wire.
You really need a voltmeter to find the problem.
