Was at Infineon doing practice sessions for this weekend's upcoming races all day. While I was there, I also hooked the F3 up with a set of Pirelli SuperCorsas in compound #1 (soft) for the front and compound #2 (semi-soft) for the rear per request of Janis. Oh yeah, this bike will be HANDLING NOW!! Just got her finished.

Welcome home your new "baby" Janis.

Thanks guys (and gals). Naah, I did this to show that it isn't that hard. Anyone can do it, it just takes attention to detail and not overlooking the small things. If this was for a racing organization, I would have done a lot more to it actually, full safety-wire on the hose clamps, oil-fill and drains, coolant drains, radiator cap, and caliper bolts etc. Just remember, if it ain't safe, it ain't right.

Most track-day organizations require exactly what we did here. NOW, Y'ALL GET TO THE TRACK AND QUIT GOOFING OFF!

Oh yeah!!! :D Fantastic!
Guys, I can't wait to be there! :)
I'm gonna leave Rome on Saturday morning and land in California...well on saturday morning (time zones are wonderful!)...a lot of jet lag I suppose, but I will have a couple of days to recover (hopefully....if Nut will let me sleep...). The track day (mind: NOT a race, I couldn't race in the US w/o an international licence!) will be on oct. 11. I guess you will read Nut'r report, cause I will fly to NYC after that and stay there till the 18th :D
Thank you for your supporting enthusiasm!

kisses!

Actually, as long as you have a valid racing license, you can be a reciprocal rider in our club. That means you would register as a "guest" from another club, and have an "R" next to your number on the plate. You obviously have to provide proof that you indeed have that license, but we routinely have folks from the MRA, WERA etc. come race w/us.

Most racing clubs in the US run something similar to this.
