Quick Throttle Question

Hey guys,

I've got a 2003 GSX-R600, it's pretty new as I have just under 1400 miles on it. However, over the last few days I have noticed that the throttle has extra play forward. In other words, it rolls forward a little if I move my hand that way, even when the bike is turned off. It makes it tougher to catch the rpms right when I'm shifting gears and it's tougher to keep a steady throttle through corners. Basically, it almost feels loose...is there any way to adjust or tighten the throttle so it doesn't go forward so much? Thanks in advance.
