I don't know of one but i would imagine a place that rebuilds electric motors, and alternators may be able to help you.

It might be worth a few phone calls but small motors like that often cost more to FIX than to just replace with a new one.......or a used one from a salvage yard.

I definitely like water pumpers, might look on ebay.com for a fan motor..
