I just purchased a mostly assembled GSX600F and I'm looking to give it the works and 1/2. I'm more than averagely mechanically talented (god that's an ugly sentence :? ), so how much trouble do you think I'll be getting myself into stripping this thing down to the frame and giving it a total overhaul?

I'm more than willing to take my sweet time, and follow the manuals and whatnot. Which brings to mind another question. Where is the best place to come upon a full teardown / rebuild guide for a '95 Katana 600?

For that matter, where are some good sites for selling used motorcycle parts. I'm going to have my fair share of discarded equipment as I'm turning my new machine into a stripped-down streetfighter. Anybody need a set of plastics? :D
