Ok I am looking into buying some riding apparel, heres my problem. Im 6'6" i wear a size 16 shoe. Most boots i have seen only go up to size 12 i need somethign to go up to at least 15.

Jackets, other then trying them on, is there anyway to tell which ones won't be short in the arms? do certain brands run largier then others?

Where does everyone buy their clothing/accessories from?

You don't need to know where I get my kit,you are about a foot taller!
I am obviously no expert on clothing for tall people, but as a short fat bloke I know that I always have to try before I buy.

Unfortunately, you're probably going to need to try on some jackets in order to find one that you are comfortable in...and that goes for people who aren't in the "extreme" sizes either.

I would suggest going around to different local motorcycle shops and trying on some jackets...I've got a friend who is 6'5" and he went with a Vanson perforated Leather jacket. He went to the dealer, and they didn't have one in his exact size, but one just lower...he could tell that if he got one size bigger that it'd probably fit. If the shops you're at have good people working, they should be able to direct you as well...

Good Luck! :D

Tiger Angel is an Australian co. that makes very high-quality custom-made leathers (and ships O/S). With the Aust. dollar falling against the USD, it may be a cost effective way to go. Although I see in N. America you pay very little for quality, imported riding gear, unlike here...

With custom made, you know it will fit you in every place (they provide full measurement instructions).

I know plenty of riders who use/recommend their product.

For proper comfort, you'll probably need to go the custom made path for boots, too....
