I'd prefer one of those things they wore in the James Bond movie (Thunderball?). It was like a SDCUBA tank with a motor on the back. The handlebars were at the tail end of it, and you you twisted the throttle and sort of got pulled along by this thing.

I thought they were neat.

Here's one with no tank, but looks like a blast.

Only $200 cnd. A whopping 2 mph. Max depth of 15 feet. Probably for the best as I wouldn't want to run out of air at 30 - 40 feet and the battery die.
