·that is a painting of an eagle on a rock. what type of eagle, or maybe a falcon........ its a bird.
It’s a falco peregrinus japonensis, commonly known in Japan as a Hayabusa, and in the west as a peregrine falcon. They are known to fly to high altitude, then tuck back their wings and go into a steep dive, reaching speeds of around 200 MPH.
Now that would be cool...200 MPG and no need to buy gas...

It should be noted that one of the Hayabusa's favorite meals is the Blackbird Apparently it is faster and likes to run them down in flight and then eat them. That's for real. Now tell me that was not a marketing ploy? :roll:
Anyway, great job to those who guessed it. This is a cut down of a slightly larger picture I have of it that shows it in flight in the background as well. It is a painting of course. If anyone would like it just let me know and I'll post a link to it here. I would just do that now but I don't have it on a server anywhere and it is at home.

ya, they kill black birds, crows, by coming down on their necks at nealr 200mph. It instanyl breaks their necks! dead as a doornail.
