This is addressed to those of you who don't ride year-round.

Just curious about when you do your routine maintenance like oil changes, brake fluid (clutch fluid) changes, coolant drain and fill, etc. Depending on the mileage interval, it seems it would make more sense to do those things just before storage for the off-season rather than when bringing the bike out of storage. I know some do oil changes before and after, but I think that's a bit much.

Care to share your process? Thanks.

Unless one of those items is WAY past due for service, it really makes little to no difference when you do the service.
Having it just sit there with old fluids for a few months is no different than riding it for the same interval with the old fluids.

You do the service when it is convenient for YOU and when it makes sense for YOU.

Changing out perfectly good new oil after a storage interval is just plain stupid.
Unless maybe the interval is YEARS instead of months.
