Nonmajor mod, I have a friend that drilled his air box and got a few 10`ths of a HP out of it. So drill air box, and some major mods below.

O.S. Piston, lightened connectingrod balanced crank, Titanium or satinless valves, titanium retainers, port polish, Possibly turbo, N20 maybe,

O.S. Piston, Over sized piston- Larger diamater piston than current, thereby increasing displacment- more power You caould have your cylinder se sleeven and have a custom piston made.

lightened connecting rod The thing atttached to crank, the crank itself and the piston could be lightened and then all components balanced.

Titanium or satinless valves- Just what it sais - stainless=lighter stronger.
Titanium even lighter and strong also. As far as i know noboty makes theese so you`d have to get it custom made.

titanium retainers The thinkg that holds the spring down and is held in by keepers.

port polish- Details avaliable at www.tsperf.com

Possibly turbo- I believe theres a possibility to put a turbo on.

N20- Nitrous oxide shot.

Unless you have LOTS of money none of theese are really realistic. The most realistic setup for abit of semi cheap power would be Port Polish by me ww.tsperf.com. a factory Oversize piston, and a shot of NO2.

Have a 125L for my wife. Did some cheapo mods that helped open up the breathing a bit and add a tad bit more power.

1) removed the snorkel in the airbox and cut a big square out of the top of the box.

2) replaced air filter with a much more smaller breathable TwinAir type.

3) removed the spark arrestor from the exhaust pipe and put an aluminum tip from EBay. A little louder but doesnt sound too bad.

4) removed carb and drilled out brass cap covering the pilot screw underneath carb closest to the engine side. Adjusted this screw to 2 1/2 turns out. Replaced pilot jet with a size 20 and high jet with a 107.5. The bike is ridden at 1000ft and below fyi.

The bike is much easier to kick start for my wife and feels unrestricted. There is a small noticeable gain in power all for under $70 bucks.

Just trying to add a little of what I learned from browsing several forums on the web and putting together all the pieces. I cant take all the credit, just giving back to the community :)
