Most all motorcycle mufflers have a "drain hole" near the lowest part of the muffler/pipes.
Some are more noticeable than others.

Probably stock and perfectly normal. Usually there are some signs of rust or carbon around it.

its a drain hole for moisture when the engine is hot than cools down its ok no problem
Well actually the moisture occurs when the engine is warming up and the pipes are still cold.
The rich starting mixture releases more water vapor than normal and it condenses inside the cold pipes.
Once the engine and pipes heat up, it all goes out the exhaust.

Check the connection at the FAR end of the negative cable.
Then check the main fuse, which is located in it's own little holder attached to the starter solenoid, If I remember correctly.
After that, get a multi-meter and trace the voltage.
Could be a failed ignition switch.

Did you fully charge the new battery ?
