Hello, I recently replaced my vacumn operated petcock, on my 1990 suzuki vx 800. With a regular gravity fed petcock. I've tried everything to get the fuel/air ratio mixture right buy it seems to still have a slight miss, and backfire.is it easy to clean my jets? Or what else could be my problem ? ?? And this sucks air. what goes here??

That likely is a vacuum port where a hose was connected to your original petcock.
It needs to be plugged OFF. Which will likely solve most of your problems.

Berrymans B12 Chemtool or original Gumout are the best fuel system/carb cleaners available and giving it a dose probably would be a good idea. Follow the instructions. More is not necessarily better.
And NO, Seaform is NOT a good cleaner.
