I currently have a 81' GS 550 which hasnt got a lot of use in recent years. I anticipate riding more this year and am looking at buying a new sv 650,, any opinions or history. Thanks in advance.

Haven't heard a bad thing about the SVs. I think they look sharp too!

SV is a great bike,easy to use,good all rounder.
Not really much/any bad press about them.
