Ok, how many miles do you need to have on your bike before you can switch over to a full synthetic motor oil like, let's say Mobile 1? :?: Or, a duralblend for that matter...

Typically 3,000-5,000 miles, depending when you think the engine is broke in. I switched over at about 7,000 miles

From every mech i talk to they said a funn syn oil will cause the clutchs to slip.... any one experience this?

On some bikes it does. Read around and find out for yours. I went to Mobil 1 at about 2500. It works well in my bike. 80 lbs-ft and no slippage.

I will be chaning the oil in a week or two ... I've picked up 5 liters of Motorex 10W40. But then again, I'm in Switzerland, so I want to use the "local" oil
