I recently took apart my 94 Kat and painted it. Once painted, it cam back together beautifully. However, I filled the tank back up, turned the gas on and still have yet to get it to start. Never had problems starting before. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to ride it!! :smile:

I got a 95 kat 600, what's it doing? Does it try to hit or not? Do you got all the basics, spark,fuel,etc.?

I figured it out, FIMW. The plugs in #2 and 4 cylinders were fouled. New NGK plugs and it runs like a top!
